Covid-19 special cancellation conditions

The ower undertakes to refund the deposit paid by the client:

• If the client is unable to go to the rental location due to the regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid 19 (confinement, isolation, travel ban, etc.).

• If the owner is obliged to renounce the vacation rental because of the regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid 19 (health conditions, ban on renting, etc.).

 

This clause does not apply, however, to other restictions that the client could invoke (beaches and restaurants closed, personal concern, etc.).

Where applicable, the conditions of the penalty clause related to down payments apply.
